Touch-Up Policy

We offer free touch-ups within the first year if you followed our aftercare instructions properly. To qualify, contact us within 12 months, provide photos showing the need, and demonstrate you followed our guidelines. Touch-ups after one year are charged at a reduced rate.

Health & Safety

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We exceed all Oregon Health Authority requirements. All needles and equipment are single-use. Workstations are thoroughly sanitized between clients. We use only premium, vegan-friendly inks.

Guests & Support People

You're welcome to bring one support person to your appointment. They're welcome to stay for the entire session—we have comfortable seating for them. Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate one guest per client.

Photography & Social Media

With your permission, we may photograph your finished tattoo for our portfolio and social media. You're never obligated to agree, and we'll always ask first. We never share your personal information without explicit consent.

  • Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you're taking
  • You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment
  • If you're feeling unwell on your appointment day, please reschedule—we'll waive cancellation fees
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear impaired
