The Beginning Bloom Tattoo Studio grew from a simple question: What if getting tattooed felt less like an intimidating challenge and more like a peaceful, creative experience?
Willow Chen opened Bloom in 2020 with a vision to create Portland's most welcoming tattoo environment—a space where nervous first-timers, anxious clients, and anyone who felt intimidated by traditional tattoo shops could feel completely comfortable getting beautiful, delicate art.
